Another Ultrasound

Happy Canada Day and Happy Summer Holidays (for us teacher's anyway)! We survived another school year and I couldn't be more relieved that it's over.
Anyway, Chris and I are in Edmonton for the next week. We have a stag/stagette and 2 weddings. We're both looking so forward to seeing our friends again; it's way too long in between visits. If the future newleyweds are reading, congrats Nick and Michelle and Trish and Trevor.
On the baby front, things are still going great. This week I hit the half way mark (20 weeks). I also had my second ultrasound. We have decided not to find out the sex of the baby.
During the ultrasound, while the tech was digging the ultrasound tool into my stomach, I finally felt this little tike kick me. It was the most amazing thing. I wasn't sure what was happening at first, so I asked the tech what I was feeling. Sure enough she said that the baby was kicking me like crazy. When Chris was able to come in, we could see the baby's legs, feet, arms, hands, head, spinal cord, and the cutest little button nose. I am pretty excited that my honkin' Italian nose has started growing yet! It looks like things are progressing exactly where they should be; a great relief for this paranoid mother.
Enjoy the new pics and we'll talk soon,
Love Chris and Jenn
