How I have been productively spending these last days

Well, I am now 4 days past my due date and I have absolutely nothing to post about my progress towards the life of motherhood. Seeing as I am not usually the most emotionally stable person, and that I have a tendency to be a "planner", this has not been the easiest time for me. I am very crabby and irritable and nothing any of you can say will make this situation more positive!!! I am not enjoying the last days of being pregnant, I cannot wait patiently for this little bundle of joy (who is apparently giving me a run for my money with all of the things I may have done to drive my own mother insane), and I am not enjoying the quiet time before my life changes forever. I just want this to be over.
Are you are scared now? Yes, I have officially lost my mind.
On a very good note, I am an auntie again. Erin delivered a very perfect and handsome little boy on Saturday at 1:43 pm. She had a very good labour and is doing wonderful. Reese David Douglas Gallup is the cutest baby and his big sister is adapting to the change very well. I think she is going to be an excellent big sister. Congratulations to Erin and Doug.
So, until next time, when I win the Guinness World Record for longest pregnancy in history, enjoy the cold weather.
Oh, I guess I should mention that if this little turkey still hasn't made an appearance by Monday, I will be induced. Doesn't that sound like fun...
