I love to have fun...

This week Chris and I bought a new jogging stroller so that I could, well, jog, with Mason. It's pretty cool because it can also be used as a bike trailer. So, yesterday I got a helmet for Mason so that we could start going for bike rides. It seems so big and I'm not sure that he's going to like wearing it, but safety first right!

Mason and I try really hard to keep busy most of the time. Even if we aren't out and about, or going for walks, we find things to do around the house. It really doesn't matter what we're doing; it seems like we're always smiling, laughing and having fun.

Mason really likes to sit in his bumbo chair (or even by himself a little now). Poor guy, look how red his little cheeks are. When are these teeth finally going to make an appearance?

This week Mason progressed from cereal to his first veggies; homemade sweet potatoes. YUM!!! Well, Mason might not say yum but he is getting more used to them. Tomorrow we try green beans (he might be asking for sweet potatoes after that)!

Many of you have commented on the unique "sticking up" characteristics of Mason's fine, blond locks. It finally donned on me Sunday morning exactly where this lovely hair comes from. Can you figure it out?
The long weekend brought with it it's typical lovely weather so we mainly stuck close to home. Chris provided Mason with some entertainment in the form of doggie rides on Molly. Mason thought it was great fun; however, Molly was not as impressed.

And finally, Mason is now learning to play the drums. It's never too early to begin training a genius!!
