This past Sunday, Mason hit the big 2 (2 months that is)! Time is flying by so quickly that I even got a little teary yesterday. I was looking at the pictures from when he was first born and I can't get over how much he's changed already. Before I know it, he'll be all growed up!!!
My favorite things about Mason during this second month:
1. His smile and laugh (could break a heart at any time)
2. How attentive he is to everything around him
3. The fact that he sleeps so well (up to 11 hours straight)
4. He is just such a happy, easy going baby
5. He thinks it's so funny when you mimic his noises
This past week has been pretty normal. We've been doing our regular things like reading and playing. We started going to a program at the library where we sing nursery rhymes and listen to some stories being read. Mason liked it because it was a whole new setting to look at. He especially seemed to like looking at the other babies and little kids.
Other than this, nothing new to report. Today we have a busy day, lunch with Erin and Dave, our first immunization shots and going to watch Chris' basketball game. So, until next time...
